Elaine Mullhaupt has formed SolTerre Properties and has 25 years of Property Management experience. We are a full service Property Boutique offering uncompromising level of service and providing positively outstanding results for clients. We are dedicated to treating your home as if it were our own.

Elaine Mullhaupt – Owner

Elaine Mullhaupt, B.A. graduate of Southern Methodist University, brings over two decades of experience in Property Management, Business Management, and Real Estate Sales internationally. Her passion for service and meeting the needs of her clients is unsurpassed.  With the launch of SolTerre Properties, Elaine is determined to revolutionize this region’s Property Management and Real Estate market by offering clients a world class, full-service property solution delivered by unwavering dedication to her clients.

Before founding SolTerre, Elaine served nine years as Sales Manager and Public Relations Officer for a leading Property Management company in Hong Kong. After seven more years in Europe developing multiple businesses, Elaine returned to the US to manage her sons’ golf careers at IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida, in addition to managing an active real estate career.

At SolTerre Properties, we consider Anna Maria Island our own backyard. We are committed to bringing Anna Maria Island vacation rentals to a higher level of service. We look forward to assisting all of your Property Management needs!
