This home is located directly on the bay, with private pier for your use too! It's just a five minute walk to the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

This beautiful home is built to the highest specifications you would desire for a luxury rental. When you walk through the front door, you can see through the wall of windows a spectacular view of the entire bay. The furnishings are comfortable but luxurious. This is a perfect spot to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach and listen to a favorite CD, watch the game or movie on the large flatscreen TV. For those needing privacy for business issues, there is a private loft isolated from the other portions of the house. Bella bay View enjoys the best views of the entire bay all the way to Sarasota, the marina and boating lifestyle as well as the bridges and pier activity too! It is equipped with high speed wireless and has a flat screen TV with cable, and wonderfully comfortable couch and love seat for quiet enjoyment of the views or a good book. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. There are a total of 4 flat screen TVs in this wonderfully relaxing home.

The light and glamorous open floor plan is stylish and supremely comfortable. The sliding doors open out on to the balcony on 2 floors with comfy furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching an occasional boat or manatee go by. If the weather permits, open up the doors to the balcony and enjoy the gentle Florida breezes. Both balconies overlook the canal the bay. The twilight soft lighting around the entire house is the perfect setting for a quiet peaceful evening.

Enjoy the Florida lifestyle on either of the 2 balconies which have a large number of good lounge chairs, tables and single chairs. There is an outdoor shower. There are a total of two master bedroom suites. One is privately situated on one side of the house with a king bed and glamorous bathroom and Bay views. The second master suite offers a Queen bed with a large private bath with walk-in closet as well as water views overlooking the water for relaxing and watching the boats or manatees go by. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and accesses the third full bath with another door that can also be closed off from the hallway giving complete privacy.

If you enjoy boating, this spectacular home offers its own private dock. Boat rentals are available at one of the many local marinas. Having your own dock allows you the pleasure of a boat right outside your door for a few days. This dock is also the perfect location to relax and fish during your vacation stay. This beautiful Bay front home comes with an elevator for your convenience. The newly remodeled and upgraded kitchen is gorgous.  All the modern conveniences in this Home away from Home!
